Solar panels were added to the home , so electricity is included in the rent. All other utilities are paid by tenant. washer and dryer hook up in the kitchen area all appliances are new as well. French doors off the dining room, leading out to the backyard with a private access area as well. This home is in a great neighborhood close to grocery stores and transportation. Small pet are allowed no more then 2 pets are allowed no Cats. For any tours of the home it will be provided by someone else not myself directly . If you have any questions as you go about the tour, I am willing to do a FaceTime or a call. Thank you We are looking for someone long term the lease will be one year or longer. Owner pays electricity, all other utilities are paid by tenant ( water , trash, gas etc.) Very small pet allowed no cats . No smoking in the home. Tenant is to upkeep yard from the backyard , side yard and front yard. Please no parking on the gravel by the front window. That is where the septic tank is. Thank you
