This home sits right on the Cook Inlet with almost 300' of Cook Inlet frontage. Far enough out so you have lots of privacy yet close enough to shopping and stores for those quick last of the minute shopping trips. Settlers Bay Lodge is a wonderful first class restaurant just 10 minutes away. Three Bears grocery and hard goods store is less than 9 minutes away. Fred Myers and Walmart are both 15 minutes away. Matsu Regional Hospital is just 26 minutes away and our Hideaway is located right on the highway so if there is snow it is usually plowed quickly. If you need to zip into Anchorage for shopping at the mall or to pick up family & friends at the International Airport Anchorage it is right at 1 hour away. This is a dog friendly home if you have dog allergies please don't consider this home. Professionally and completely cleaned after seasonal use. This property is for sale so from time to time there will be showings starting in the spring. We will require 24 hour notice but access is mandatory or don't rent it. If sold we will give tenant 2 months to find another place. Well water sweet and fresh thou earthquakes may change that, heat is natural gas and there is a backup heater and gas fireplace if there is any problem with primary forced air heat. We also ask for first and last months rent at time of lease signing. Utilities are paid by tenant. Detached garage is not available unless it is necessary. Utilities not included in lease price.
