Will consider renting individual rooms at 750 room NO smoking NO pets, Utilities included remain in owners name but you pay them monthly gas electric water and internet. Need lodging while you are waiting to buy we will work with you and your closing date. Come try a bed and save money on that hotel. Cleaning fee is 100.00 per room unless you leave it like you found it.
