This rental has three bedrooms, one holding a queen, one holding a king and one holding two twins, as well as two full bathrooms, a full kitchen/dining area, and laundry in the property! Not only will you have a wonderful time enjoying views of the Lake from either the front porch or the upstairs covered balcony, but you will be able to access the Community Pool, Community Firepits, and Gathering House! Directly across the street is Bucky Howe Park, which is a public boat launch. Rent Payment: Rent is $3,000 per month, due 1st day of each month and late after the 10th day of the month which will result in a 10% penalty. Payments can be made by check or cash. Utilities: Renter is responsible for paying electricity, water, gas, and internet. Maintenance and repairs: Renter is responsibile for minor repairs and maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, or replacing batteries. Any damages caused by the renter's negligence will be your responsibility to repair. Cleaning: Renter is responsible to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the rental property. If the property is not property cared for this could result in removal and lost of deposit. Property damage: Renter is responsible for any damages caused by them, their guests, or pets. Renter will be liable for repair costs beyond normal wear and tear. Renter must comply with all applicable laws, building regulations, and homeowner association rules. This includes noise restrictions, pet policies, smoking policies. It is recommended renter should obtain renter's insurance to protect personal belongings and liability. Renter must use the property for residential purposes only and not engage in any illegal activities. 30 day notice period is required for lease termination or renewal. Security deposit will be withheld for events such as unpaid rent, damages, and/or cleaning costs.
