The community is gated and is within a country club. Access is provided to the indoor and outdoor pools, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts, a basketball court, volleyball and a clubhouse where you can eat and drink until 10p. The community includes wonderful walking trails and scenic overlooks, as well as, water activities including kayaking and paddle boarding. The owners will pay utilities including cable/Internet. No smoking is allowed inside the premises. Only small dogs generally under 20 pounds will be allowed in the premises and a general cleaning fee will be assessed.
