Utilities and WiFi Included in Rent. Fully Furnished. Month to Month lease ONLY. Available Oct 1, 2023, through May 1, 2023. Pets are NOT allowed. Parties are not allowed. Company is welcome. No smoking. Weekly housekeeping is available upon request for an additional charge. Property to be returned in the same condition as given. $500.00 Deposit. $3,800 per Month. Plowing done by Owners/Neighbors. The tenant is responsible for snow removal on the small walkway to the front door. MUST have 4x4 and or Studs/AWD to make it to Property in Winter Months.
