Blue House by the Beach located on the far west-end of the Beach in Riviera Beach community. True family oasis for all to enjoy! The house is unique as it can technically sleep 12 people, though I would not consider it comfortable for 12 adults. Sleeping Arrangements: Three bedrooms inside King Bed-sleeps 2 Queen Bed-sleeps 2 Bunk Bed-sleeps 2 Two Detached Bedrooms: Full Bunk Beds-sleeps 4 Twin Bunk Beds-sleeps 2 There is a large screened porch with steps leading to the cozy back deck complete with outside bar area, a koi pond, a detached bunk room. This Beach Cottage is loaded with charm and hidden treasures such as a chef's kitchen complete with a Bertazzoni gas range with matching hood as well as an incredible, oversized granite table bar-perfect for the culinary enthusiasts. Side deck area that wraps around an oak tree with an outside shower. A few minutes to Carillon Beach, the 30A corridor and just a few blocks to the beach! Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it's not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. No Smoking/No Pets/No Events/No Firearms/No Refunds for Internet Outages/Quite Hrs 10p.m-7a.m We will do a 1 month, 2 month, 3 month or 4 month lease staring 11/1/23.
