The application fee is $50 and may be requested online at BirminghamHomeLeasing.com. Property viewings are provided through Rently self-guided tours, from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week. Minimum requirements for Lease Application Approval include, but are not limited to: (1) a FICO Score 8 three Bureau average of at least 600; (2) your annual gross income must be at least $72,000; (3) the total of all your monthly payment obligations including the rent for this property cannot exceed 43% of your gross income; (4) the total of all delinquencies in your Credit Report can not equal or exceed the amount of one month's rent. Subleasing and cosigning is strictly prohibited. PET POLICY: No dangerous breed dogs, no dogs over 25 pounds when mature, no more than 1 dog, and no cats. The one-time pet fee shall be $250.
