Enter into an open kitchen and living room leading directly out onto the porch in front of the beach. The downstairs porch has two pairs of steps to easily be able to then access the beach which is directly in front of you. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms. The King bedroom has its own porch that overlooks the water and has its own updated bathroom. This bedroom also has a day bed in the room The 2 back bedrooms have their own full bathroom. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and is a child's room, and the other bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed to utilize. Both of these bedrooms have their own AC if needed. There are two porches that are directly facing Long Island Sound. The house has great off-street parking and is set up to enjoy a vacation at the beach. The beach is literally 10 feet away from the 1st-floor porch. The home has a very relaxed feel and has everything you would need. From kayaks, toys, beach chairs, ect. Milford has great family shopping! We have Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Costco, all within 3 miles from the beach.
