Cozy and comfortable four-bedroom, 2.5 bath, vacation home, with vaulted ceiling and loft bedroom. *Great Family Getaway that is professionally cleaned. with all the conveniences of home. *Big windows overlook Lake Superior. Large outdoor deck facing the Lake Superior. Get outside and enjoy the beach, cook your own meals or have food delivered. *The Beach Home is very private setting, yet located only a mile from the Duluth Lift Bridge and Canal Park. The City of Duluth and the North Shore of Lake Superior offer a wide range of activities for everyone, rain or shine. *Owner reserves 24/7/365 access the "separate" owner's suite in the lower level *Exterior security cameras in use. *Responsible Party (licensee): The Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, is considered the Responsible Party and will be present during the entire reservation. If requested, Guests and occupants must present valid government IDs. The Responsible Party assumes liability for the actions of all occupants and their guests. The Responsible Party must ensure children are supervised at all times. Guest agrees to comply with all homeowner rules and regulations regarding the use of the property and common areas. *A Rental License Agreement (4+ pages) will be sent by email to the Guest for a DocuSign electronic signature to be returned along with a copy of a driver's license to complete the reservation prior to the reservation check-in date, including Instant Bookings". * One-month minimum then month-to-month is ok. *Add $500.00 for all utilities, WIFI, water, sewer, electricity, trash, wireless internet, cable TV, snow removal, and yard care. *Weekly and Nightly rates are also available upon request. * Check out cleaning fee $295.00; Rate is for 3 or fewer people including children; *Add $10 per night per person to exceed 3 people, including children. * Monthly rates are not available from May, June, July, August, September & October. * Garage is not available to renters. Off-street free parking is available. * Separate Owner's Suite on the lower level will be occupied 24/7/365. Separate entry, no cross traffic. * Manager reserves the right to do a background check. * Rent is subject to changes. * Responsible Party (licensee): The Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, is considered the Responsible Party, and will be present during the entire reservation. We do not rent to any group that intends to use the Vacation Home as a place for "excessive drinking" and or a "party" getaway. *Occupancy Limits: Exceeding the occupancy limits is not allowed. *Animals: This property is strictly an animal-free zone. Animals are NOT allowed due to severe allergies, including service, therapy, and emotional support animals. *Quiet Time & Noise Levels: The Vacation Home is in a residential neighborhood. Noise that disturbs the peace & quiet of neighbors is not allowed. *Additional Terms To The Agreement: In addition to the standard terms included herein, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that additional terms and conditions apply to the Guest's rental of the Property: A Rental License Agreement (4+ pages) will be sent by email to the Guest for a DocuSign electronic signature to be returned along with a copy of a valid ID, such as a driver's license, to complete the reservation prior to the reservation check-in date, including Instant Bookings".
