A spacious, remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bath home with a beautiful country view. Both bedrooms and hallway have new cozy carpet, large closets, and lots of light. The bathroom has been re-done with the exception of the bathtub/shower. All other parts of the home have new vinyl plank flooring. Both the back and front of the house have decks and all appliances are higher end and in great conditions. A new ace/heat pump has been installed in the livingroom and electric fire places are hung in each bedroom. The fences are in poor condition at the moment and will not be fix for the next year. This home is located on a main street; however, it is surrounded by trees which create a quiet and private setting. A fair amount of parking and a shed is located on the property for your use. It's a quick 5-10 minute drive to I-5, downtown Ferndale and 20 minute drive to Birch Bay. Lease agreement for 6 months (with the option of yearly lease thereafter) with first last and 1,000 damage deposit. Landlord will cover monthly pest control and tenant must allow service to inside/outside as requested. Landlord will cover baseline costs for water and garbage. Tenants will only be billed if cost exceed the baseline. Once every 3 months tenant is unable to use water for approximately 4 hours for well maintenance. Landlord will take care of the yard; however, would be willing to deduct $100 a month from rent if tenant assumes the responsibility. The home is also on a septic system that only allows for human waste and toilet paper. Every 3 month the landlord will request a walk thru with the tenant to asses home interior and exterior condition. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the home. Please ask about lease agreement. Rent includes baseline costs for water, garbage, rodent/pest control and lawn care. Tenant has the option of assuming lawn care responsibilities in the lease and receiving $100 deduction from rent. Tenants are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining renters insurance for the duration of their stay.
