This is a fully furnished guest house, detached from the main house where we live. Bedding and towels are provided. This property is fully set up for your medium term stay of a month or more. Utilities and internet are included. The house has a dishwasher and a clothes washer and dryer. Sleep in a queen-bed loft reached by worked iron staircase. Take advantage of the well-kitted kitchen. The sofa can be pulled out as a second full bed. Don't miss out on the luxurious tropical shower with skylight. Well-behaved pets are encouraged! There is one dedicated parking spot directly at the door, but also plentiful street parking in the friendly and peaceful Sunnyland neighborhood. All utilities including internet are included. Includes off-street parking for one vehicle. No smoking permitted anywhere on property.
