Tenant pays all utilities. This house is on Parade Boulevard one block over from mercyhurst university. The house has four bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. It is laid out so two bedrooms and a half bath are on the second floor. The first floor contains the two bedrooms a kitchen a full bath and two family rooms. There is a full basement for washer and dryer hook ups. The basement is not finished nor is it intended to be used for a bedroom. There is a small backyard. The kitchen does come with the appliances. Washer and dryer in the basement are not included. The house has mostly wood floors throughout. The house does have air-conditioning and offstreet parking.
