The kitchen is large enough to eat in, with cherry cabinets and mosaic tile, and includes electric range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The home features a separate dining room, living room and office area, with a small powder room and laundry area on the first floor. The second floor offers a large master bedroom, and two smaller bedrooms and a full bath. The bath has a double sink vanity, laminate floors and full tub/shower. The master bedroom and second bedroom each have two closets, but this is an older home so unfortunately no walk-ins. The small third bedroom also has a closet. There is a full unfinished basement, big front porch and small deck in the back. Large level yard, and detached two-car garage. We have installed a new 90+ fuel efficient gas furnace and A/C. new roof and siding, with extra insulation. Trash pick up is included.
