Very private mountain retreat home with incredible views and close by amenities for the outdoor enthusiast - hiking, biking, lake life in the summer; downhill skiing, tour skiing, xc skiing, fat biking and snow shoeing in the winter. The conveniences of the City of Ogden are 20 minutes away but the setting feels miles from anything. Home has an updated granite kitchen, two front decks, back private deck area, hot tub deck, and two car garage. Whole upper level is a master suite with a king sized bed facing a wall of windows to the mountain valley. This is a long term rental zoned area only so rent minimum period is 30 days. Lease can be prorated for more than 30 days. LONG TERM RENTAL POSSIBLE FOR THE RIGHT SITUATION. Gas and electric will be billed back to tenant. Pets are negotiable and back yard is set up and fenced for it. Tenant application, background check, and credit score required. This rental is designed for the specialty renter that wants to be mobile, local on a project, or have a mountain setting experience. This is our vacation home and we want to share it with someone with a unique need. Optimal rental candidates are: 1. A local resident building, buying, or selling a home in the area. 2. A remote worker that wants the experience of a beautiful setting in the mountains, with city amenities only 25 minutes away. 3. An author, artist type that needs a quiet place to create. Lease must be a minimum of 1 month per HOA rules, but we prefer a 3-6 month period all depending upon circumstance and open to discount accordingly.
