The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac (so no through traffic) in the Puget neighborhood and includes a secluded back yard and spacious deck. There is a brand new refrigerator in the kitchen. Flooring and other appliances such as dishwasher and microwave have been recently updated and a nice washer/dryer combo is included. We, as renters, do everything in our power to ensure the satisfaction of our tenants. We live out of state but have a very responsive and capable local property manager. That being said, we certainly enjoy taking direct calls from our renters. One year lease. Tenant to pay utilities; tenant to look after yard. Home is not furnished.
