Comfort and quality furnishings await you. Quality linens, and a Chef's kitchen with everything you will need for preparing your meals. Free WIFI. Great family location for mountain biking, and kayaking, plus a private pedestrian beach access road where you will enjoy an incredible unspoiled beach for beachcombing. The beach is ever changing with parts being sandy, cobbled and rocky. Birders will spot an ever changing inventory of our little feathered friends. Wonderful scenery for photography and journaling. Sea kayaking is an option at Freshwater Bay, either bring your own or rent them in Port Angeles. Make Hart's Desire your winter retreat! Comes with all appliances, including washer and dryer. Full kitchen set up. Linens. Owner pays for gardening and sewer. Sorry, no pets. Application fee is $51 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. NOTE: Blue Sage represents the owner. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of $9000 or sufficient savings to live on, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $15-20 per month. We require first, last and $500 deposit to move in. Deposit represents refundable security.
