In 2022 we started building our dream home on Wes Walkins Reservoir in McLoud Oklahoma. Life has a way for changing and we are going on a trip of a life-time for 1 1/2 years, so we need to rent out out beautiful home. It sets on .57 acre lot with new sod all he way around. The road dead ends so very little traffic as you set on one of the two balconies watching the sun set on the lake. The home is three large bedrooms with two full large baths, one of which is a wet-room with a 24 in rain shower. Renter can opt to use the 14 foot swim spa. Take the worry out of being with out power as the home is complete with a 22 kw generator. We will be leaving our RV on the RV pad on the south side of the home as we plan to return every 6-7 weeks to see the grand babies. We have reduced the monthly rent to reflect this.
