No motor boats allowed on the lake making it ideal for swimming, paddle boarding and fishing. Must be able to maneuver several stairs from the driveway down to the Lake-House. Short term lease available. Nightly/Weekly/Monthly. Longer Term Lease available. Refundable Security Deposit varies on length of lease. We are pet friendly: $50 deposit per pet on short term lease. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 more cars across the road. $150 Cleaning Fee No smoking in unit.
