The 1st floor consists of the living room, dining room, a large family room that can also serve as a fourth bedroom, and the kitchen. The full basement features washer and dryer hook ups. Tenant(s) have the option of utilizing paid services for lawn care during the spring/summer/ early autumn months (see below).
