Interstate access is just minutes away and can get you most places in 20 minutes or less! The house is 20 minutes from downtown and 7 minutes from the airport. LIVING AREA The stylish home features 1,200 square feet of living space fully furnished and equipped for your enjoyment. The newly furnished living room features fresh wood floors and a plush sofa. This space is perfect for socializing when you're not working or out enjoying the town. It's open to the kitchen, so drinks and snacks are nearby, and the dining table with seating for 4 is perfect for dinner in. KITCHEN & DINING Channel your inner chef in the sparkling kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. For our fellow caffeine addicts, a Keurig is provided. The kitchen has been fully stocked with all the tools and gadgets you might need during your stay. BEDROOMS & BATHS This home can accommodate up to five guests between the three bedrooms. The minimum stay for this home is 30 days, so we have capped occupancy at 5. Each bed is appointed with luxury hotel bedding and each bedroom has its own tv. Both bedrooms have comfy queen-size beds (new memory foam mattresses), and their own dedicated bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. No waiting for the bathroom in the mornings. DEN The den has a large smart tv and comfortable sectional sofa for lounging. This is the 3rd bedroom and couch can be swapped for twin size bed if needed. EXTRA AMENITIES Additional perks include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Offstreet parking is provided in the driveway. Fully furnished. All utilities included (electric, water, trash, fiber internet). 30 day minimum. Pets allowed with pre-approval and $200 non-refundable pet fee. $1000 deposit. No smoking. Maximum 4 occupants.
