The house has an attached carport with a laundry room located underneath. The entire home is yours, there is a unit located around the back of the property with it's own entrance. The only shared space will be the laundry room. MUST HAVE RENTAL INSURANCE! Owner pays for electric and water. Owner does not live on property but will be available via phone throughout your rental term. No smoking is allowed on the property. Dogs are permitted, we just ask that you do pick up after them. Because there are other units on the property we do ask that you are respectful of the other guests and their space and that they do the same for you.
