Full kitchen, full bath, washer & dryer, dishwasher, gas fireplace with fan and gas tankless hot water. Cabin has comfortable living space for 1 or 2 people. Cabin is fully furnished with sofa, loveseat & matching chair, two beds, dining room set, and coffee table. Located at the end of a dead-end street. Parking for two cars. Very quiet, peaceful setting. Beautiful waterfront property and private dock. Lake Goodwin offers the best in local swimming, sailing, fishing and watersports. Wenberg County Park is directly across the lake. Superb views of the entire lake, Mt. Baker and sunrises. 7 Month Lease available between October 2023 - April 2024. $2,500/month. Tenant to pay own utilities. 1st months rent and a $2,500 security deposit due at lease signing. Lawn care is included in rent. Tenant applications will be subject to a tenant screening service. Cost of screening is $50.00 per applicant. Recommended: High credit score, 2 times income to rent ratio & two references from previous landlords. No smoking/No drugs/No parties/No pets/No exceptions. Due to owner's allergies, we cannot accept pets of any kind. As seen in the photos, the interior stairs lead up to a loft area that is used for owner's storage.
