Our unique home located on the Northside in Fineview, was built in 1890 with an amazing view of downtown Pittsburgh. Easy on street parking in front of house, 2 decks, another sitting area on grounds. Spa like master bath, top of the line kitchen appliances, and a view of the city as you lay in bed. Our home is fully furnished. Designated work space along with outdoor areas makes this a great place to work from home. Our home is located beside a bus stop and city steps. The city steps will lead you right to Allegheny General Hospital. A 5 minute walk to the Andy Warhol Museum, Mattress Factory Museum, PNC Park and great restaurants. Or a 10 minute walk to Acrisure Stadium or downtown Pittsburgh. WE LOVE OUR LOCATION and OUR NEIGHBORS Unfortunately since our home was built in 1890 it is not handicap accessible. To enter home there are 2 steps. Within in the home there are 2 sets of stairwells. Our home is fully furnished. We will not remove any furniture from the premises. Utilities are provided by landlord. Shoveling of snow off of sidewalk is the responsibility of the tenant. There are no pets allowed on/in property. Parking is on street and free. 99% of time you will have parking in front of house. The tenant will need to obtain a 1 million dollar renters insurance policy.
