All adults (18+) living in the home must complete an application, even if they are not rent-payers. Federal or State photo ID required. Proof of rental history and/or home ownership for past 5 years. Good landlord references. No open bankruptcies, felonies or evictions. Tenant responsible for payment of utilities.
