This home is fully furnished and includes all utilities and WiFi . Please be aware that there are minimum qualifications of 600 credit score and 1.5 times amount of rent in monthly income. This home has two bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. Off the master, separate lounge space is located in the enclosed porch. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk. Rollaway bed as necessary. Both bedrooms are equipped with multiple outlets and USB charging ports. Each also has a smart tv or roku ready to access personal media source with individual login. There are limited free tv options built in. We do NOT offer subscription services or cable. Downstairs is ample seating in the living and large dining room. There is an additional enclosed porch off the living room to expand your living space. The completely renovated kitchen and fully stocked. Additional rec space is located in the basement with the washer and dryer. The back yard has outdoor seating as well as plenty of green space. Generally a quiet neighborhood but expect some air traffic (mostly when outside) as the home is conveniently located close to the airport. This is a no smoking home. Tenants must submit application with background and credit check. Pets are considered on a case by case basis with pet fee. $2000/months. 6-12 month lease agreement.
