This is a tiny house netsled in the country side just 8 minutes from st clairsville oh and downtown bridgeport oh. close to town but in country setting . In a nice safe neighborhood. Has small back yard with fence driveway parking in front of home two cars only. 2 bedroom fully furnished. 1 tv also linens, microwave, washer and dryer. No pets or smoking allowed in this home. May consider a well crate train potty trained dog, no domestic dogs, no pittbulls, rottweiler, shelperds, dobbies, etc, no cats Tenant pays month to month...but can stay as long as they want. No pets allowed unless the landlord approves and no smoking in the house. landlord picks up trash. two car parking only for home. tenant pays electric and gas and water...electric in winter is low, gas about 100-200, water 100 or less, . We do a criminal background check for prior convictions and income verification is necessary, a 100-dollar non-refundable deposit is required. also, Roku tv. tenant pays own wifi
