Make this large Sun Cove waterfront community house your new home with great views of Lake Entiat/Columbia River and the mountains. This house features 3 bedrooms, 4 FULL bathrooms, 2 living room areas, home theater area, plus a multi-purpose room downstairs. There is also a spacious 2 car garage with workbench and storage space. The driveway easily accommodates most boats (I have a 22' pontoon boat that fit easily and still allowed full access to the garage). The Kitchen is huge and has a large island plus TWO granite desk areas built in for 'work from home' or other purposes. The layout is open including the kitchen, dining area with a deck right outside, and a large living room. There is another large deck on the upper level with great river and mountain views. Sun Cove is a wonderful community. The community includes awesome waterfront amenities: marinas, pool, tennis, basketball and clubhouse can all be yours to enjoy!! Hiking trails as well as beaches!! If you act quickly you can choose between 'Furnished' or 'Unfurnished' but I reserve the right to move the furniture and lease it as unfurnished if movers are available before we negotiate the lease. The monthly price is for unfurnished, and the extra amount for Furnished is negotiable. One year lease minimum please. Lease term is one year and is subject to the same HOA documents as I am as the owner. I'll provide you a copy of these with a draft lease. It's a great HOA, and I pay the HOA fee which includes: use of the launch ramp and boat dock, huge swimming pool, recreation room with pool table and other activities, and it also pays for your garbage, recycling and water use. A small pet of under 20 pounds (cat or small dog) is okay. A large, heavy animal could damage the extensive wood flooring - sorry! You may not do AirBnB or similar on this property. It is not allowed by the HOA or by my lease agreement. Subject to approved credit and reference checks.
