It has everything... bedding, towels, complete stainless kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 TV's ... internet service is available, it does have Direct TV available. Remote controlled entrance gate. Our minimum contract is for 6 months. We can also provide maid service and cleaning service at reasonable prices. Rent is $3,000 per month, or $2,650 plus utilities. Deposit is $1, 500.
