The lease options are: Month to month lease with a 3 month minimum stay: $1,750 per month for a single person or a couple with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $800. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 pet deposit. Weekly lease: $460.00 per week, 4 week minimum stay with the first 4 weeks paid up front, a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the $700 deposit. Weekly Pet Fee $12 per pet and a $200 pet deposit. There is no unfurnished option. Pets considered on a case by case basis. All leases and payments are made through Innago; there is a $2 fee per transaction. Pets considered on a case by case basis. An extra $50 a month to rent per pet per month and $200 nonrefundable pet deposit. Pets excrement in enclosed yard must be picked up daily. If coming with pets, cover upholstered living room furniture with your own sheets or blankets or make sure they do not get on furniture.
