The kitchen is spacious with an eat-in dining table, coffee bar, and marble tiled flooring. Smart TV, Nest Thermostat, and Apple TV are also provided. Washer and dryer are provided in the basement. The backyard is spacious and also features a back patio for outdoor entertaining when weather allows. All utilities are covered by owner. Please note that all rental inquiries are subject to income verification (at least 2x rent) and credit check. The home is available from January 1-March 31. Owner pays for all utilities. Rent is due by 1st of month each month. Late payments are subject to $100 fine each day it's late. Lease cannot be extended beyond March 31.
