Also $55 for each rental application. This can be paid online through ZILLOW. I will send you the link to complete an online application. I will not accept an application without the holding deposit. You will need to fill out the application in full. No missing or incomplete lines. You will also need to put down $500 to hold the house off the market, so no one else can rent it. If you are approved the $500 will go towards your deposit. If you are denied, I will refund your $500 back to you. If you are approved and decide to no longer rent the house, you will forfeit the $500 holding fee. This fee must be paid in Cashiers check, Money order APPLE PAY, ZELLE or cash.
