**This home is a fully furnished short term rental home that books stays for 1-6 months only This freshly renovated, single family home is the perfect place for larger short-term stays. The home has 4 bedrooms - 3 featuring a king size bed, TV, dresser and closet; the 4th offers 2 twin bunk beds and a closet for the kids. There is also a laundry room with a stack-able washer and dryer (included in the rent price), a large living room, dining room with a table that seats 8, and a kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cooking equipment. There is also long driveway with several parking spots close to the home. The back entryway features key pad entrance and a porch with outdoor seating. Outside features an outdoor table that seats 6 along with a large version of Jenga to play! The home is tucked away behind a community of duplexes about 1 mile behind the Kroger on Timberlake Rd. This home is such a cute and cozy setup for your stay! Included in the rent price are all utilities and Wifi. There is a one time cleaning fee of $200 due at the time of booking. Each guest must fill out a tenant application on our website and include one month's pay stubs and their ID. The basement and garage for this home are inaccessible to guests, but are accessible to staff members.
