Just a few miles from Liberty University, University of Lynchburg, Centra/ Lynchburg General Hospital, and Virginia Baptist Hospital. This is perfect for visitors, business trips, travel nurses, and more! This home features a queen bed in the master bedroom with a sitting area adjacent to it on the second floor. Downstairs, you will find 2 bunk beds for the kids, living room, kitchen, and an office area if you need to get some work done! There's laundry facilities included just off of the office space. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Outside, you'll find a backyard with a fire pit available to use. There's also a side porch and back deck for eating and entertaining. Because of the landscaping around the home, this home is more secluded and private while still being in a neighborhood. All utilities are included (electric, water, exterior maintenance, and trash) as well as WiFi. While the home has central heating and air conditioning, an extra window AC unit is left in the master bedroom for any hot nights. Up to 2 hypoallergenic pets are welcome. Non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required. Additionally, pet rent is $50/month per pet. Some breeds are restricted due to insurance policy. Security deposit is $1,000. An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 is required up front. *We retain the rights to the basement at all times. The basement is only accessible through the outside of the home with no connecting doors to the inside. Accessing it would be very rare and we would always notify guests before doing so.
