This beautiful new home is ready to provide the best home away from home experience during your time in Roseburg. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and dedicated laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen, linens, smart TVs in each bedroom, with one King bed, a queen, and full. Everything is provided for a busy travel professionals needs, just bring your suitcase and settle in. Please email us with any questions. We can provide a W-9 upon request. We work quickly and closely with staffing agencies, insurance companies, hospitals, and individuals to provide the best experience for our guests as possible. All utilities and high-speed internet paid by owner. There is a $65 gas utility cap and a $100 electricity cap per month. Please note we are not able to accommodate the need for an unfurnished rental. We look forward to hearing from you and assisting with your housing needs. Leases are done as a fixed term arrangement and are generally for 3 or more moths at a time with the option to extend. We know many travel professional contracts are for three months and some may not know in advance regarding the ability or desire for extension. We also understand renovations may take longer than expected when needing housing due to a primary residence insurance claim. We work to meet the needs of whatever situation you are in. Please be advised we do not allow the move in of personal furnishings. All properties have exterior cameras for added safety.This property includes a one car garage and one car driveway. Street parking is also available. The home is only a couple years old and in pristine condition. In person tours are generally not available due to high demand. If an in person tour is needed, please reach out to see if it can be arranged.
