Application Requirements: We are seeking a tenant with a household income at least 3x the monthly rent and with a credit score of at least 700. Lease Term: We are seeking a minimum of a 6 month lease. We will require a refundable security deposit of $2,200. Utilities: Owner pays for internet and landscaping. Tenant pays for water, trash, sewer, gas, and electric. We can provide average utility costs upon request. Pets: We welcome well-behaved dogs, big or small, and are comfortable with up to 2 dogs. Breed restrictions apply. Cats are not permitted. A refundable pet deposit of $250 will be required at lease signing. Smoking: Cigarette smoking is not permitted. The basement will not be available for tenant use or access except in case of emergency.
