This single family 4 bedroom farmhouse is located on a quiet road on 45 acres. It has oil heat (note: we are planning to install a new heating system in the next several months) and central AC, a 2-car detached garage and an extra room that can be used as an office. There is a laundry room (W/D), eat-in kitchen as well as a separate dining room. Off the back of the house there is a back deck and off the front is a classic farm house front porch. Small dog(s) will be considered with an additional $50 per month per dog. NO CATS PLEASE. The home is located within the Saratoga Springs City School District (elementary school: Dorothy Nolan). Rooms are very spacious with lots of closets, natural light and storage space. This is a year round rental with no smoking allowed. Prospective renters will be expected to to furnish a credit score (at least 675), references and one month's deposit. Renter pays for trash pickup, cable/Internet, heat & electric, mows lawn and is responsible for snow removal.
