$1800 for the first 3 months Cozy & Relaxing Home in the Market Common Area! Conveniently located a couple miles from Coastal Grand Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets, and many more attractions in the center of Myrtle Beach. You're also only 4.5 miles away from enjoying a fun day at the beach! The home is in a prime location, literally minutes away from a host of restaurants, shopping stores/boutiques, and fun activities. Rent is due on the first of each month. After the 5th of each month, it will be late. There will be a $50 dollar late fee. You will have until the 15th of the month to pay the full rent plus late fees. After the 15 of the month; you will receive a eviction letter. - Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Small dogs are welcome and trained. - Breed restrictions apply. -There will be an extra $300 dog security deposit and $25 a month charge. -No more than 5 people can live inside the home. Each person living in the home must provide their first and last names. Background checks are required. In regards to fees, I will contact you. - You are responsible for small repairs - exceptions would include major appliances. - Lawn Maintenance, you are responsible for. - NO smoking is allowed inside the home. That will be grounds for eviction. - Two home inspections are required. - Rental Insurance is rquired. Thank you
