Isle Smile is a 2 bedroom/1 bath featuring * KING bed in master, * 3 twins (bunks + trundle) + a twin-to-king daybed in kitchen area washer/dryer conveniently located in the shed just outside the master bedroom door complimentary cart available for *most* guests for getting around inside the resort Must be 25 to rent *If approved, a separate agreement must be made to include cart Water, power, cable, internet, & parking is typically included for longer term off-season guests pets are considered on a case by case basis We ask a $500 booking fee which converts on date of stay to damage deposit and is refundable following the stay assuming there's no damages/fines/agreement violations. An additional deposit may be required for use of golf-cart. PLEASE NOTE- this property is not available until November. It also is a SHORT TERM rental. This is a non-smoking property Fully furnished vacation property Linens are guests responsibility. We provide quilts on each bed and bath mats. We reserve the right to break up agreement per month.
