The term of this Lease is for TWELVE (12) MONTHS , from SEPTEMBER 1, 2023 (the beginning date), to SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 (the ending date). c. The total rent for the Lease Term is FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED ($ 42300.00). initial d. ______ Within sixty (60) days before the end of the Term the Tenant must notify the Landlord of the intention to renew or terminate the lease in writing. e. Additionally, Tenant shall not cause, maintain, or permit any nuisance in, on or about the premises, or commit any waste in or on the premises. The maximum number of people who can live in the Leased Premises is TWO ADULTS and their natural born or adopted children.
