The space - Private, fenced-in back yard with a beautiful garden - 3 bed, 1.5 bath - Gas grill - Off-street parking - Central A/C Property Features - High-speed internet, smart TV in living room and master bedroom (ability to log into your streaming services), fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, stackable washer/dryer unit in kitchen, off-street parking for up to 2 small vehicles to park tandem (or 1 larger vehicle), Keurig coffee maker, a 1/2 bath on the first floor of the main house, a full bath with stand up shower on the second floor of the main house, clean linens and bath towels provided for all guests, dedicated dining area off the kitchen. **Start and end date: January 1, 2024 to April 30, 2024** *No smoking or vaping of any product or substance is permitted in the Accommodations, common areas of the Building or near Building entrances *The owner pays all utilities * Booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (Waivo fee is $25/stay) *Unit inspection is required once a month with 24-hour notice. You may request cleaning service during your stay at an additional cost *We collect the first and last month's rent once the booking is confirmed (for 60+ days bookings) *We ask all guests, upon confirmation of the booking, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement.
