BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Trails Edge is a wonderful 30+ day rental located approximately 2 miles from downtown Bozeman with a beautiful yard and easy access to Bridger Bowl Ski Area, Cross Cut Mountain Cross Country Ski and Mountain Bike Area, Bridger Creek Golf Course, and downtown Bozeman. This custom home has everything you need to feel at home. BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The master bedroom and bathroom are off the main living space, in a separate wing of the house. It features a queen-size high-quality latex mattress with an adjustable frame, a cozy chair in front of the large windows so you can enjoy the lush yard. The master bathroom has heated floors, a double walk-in shower with two shower heads and a free-standing soaking bathtub. The other 3 bedrooms are located downstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. The other two bedrooms have full sized beds and share a bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo. An additional half bath is located off the kitchen. KITCHEN: This incredible kitchen is a chef's dream with Fisher appliances including a six-burner gas range. An oversized island with bar provides extra seating and plenty of counter space to prepare a five-star meal. Serving ware and cookware are all supplied. DINING AREA: The light-filled dining room is open to the kitchen with a table to seat up tp 8. A breakfast nook seats up to 5 more people. LIVING ROOM: The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the incredible mountain views from the cozy sectional couch multiple large windows let in lots of natural light. You can access the deck with the comfortable seating through the sliding glass doors. ( Note: Fireplace is not available for use.) FAMILY ROOM: The family room has a great sectional couch with a large flat screen TV and a piano if you have anyone in your group who plays. SETTING, ACREAGE, VIEWS: Trails Edge is in a small quiet neighborhood located on your way to Bridger Canyon. The back patio has a table and chairs to enjoy meals. The large yard is surrounded by trees. There is a paved bike path right next to the neighborhood that goes directly to the college M trail and downtown called Main Street to Mountains Bike Trail! AIRPORT: You are a 15 minute drive from Bozeman's Gallatin Field Airport. ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Downtown shopping and eateries just a few minutes away! Head out of town to take advantage of hiking, biking, and fishing in the Gallatin Valley. Yellowstone National Park is only an hour and a half away. 30 day or longer furnished rental.
