Below are some answers to FAQ's: * We need ID, 30 days of most recent proof of income and a current landlord verification in order to send the application for approval * We can only hold the home for 14 days after application submission * Approval is based on credit (soft pull) and criminal background screening, with positive Landlord reference/rental history * We require income of at least three times the rent * We are Pet friendly: o 2 pets per home o No weight restrictions. o Breed restrictions include - Pit Bulls, Strafford Terriers, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids, Akita, Doberman or Chows o $150 per pet non-refundable one-time fee and $25 per month This unit is pending new photo upload.
