Gravel driveway on a gravel road, ten minutes from Grand Ledge and I-69. Lawn care is included, and some furnishings - small table/desk, chair and newer leather couch can be included or moved out. There is no garage or washer/dryer. Renter pays electric, propane heat, trash removal and internet on this one year lease.
