The house is only steps away from the escalator to College Park Metro Rail Station. It is within walking distance of the University of Maryland College Park campus. Hence, it is ideal for University of Maryland Graduate Students or professionals. Here is an IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION. Even though the entire house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over a 2177 sq. ft. area, NOT all of those are for rent. Only the front part of the house that is more like a studio apartment experience over an 800 sq. ft. area is being offered for rent here. I am renting out the front portion of my house, which has its own private entrance, private kitchen, private bathroom, and an extensive beautiful interior space that you can use based on your preference (please see pictures of the interior). So, it would be roughly similar to a studio apartment experience. There is also private parking space at the back of the house (please see picture). As you can see in the pictures, there is a newly installed granite countertop in the kitchen. The bathroom is fully renovated, and fitted with a luxurious rain shower system.
