The ground floor, walkout, finished basement area has an additional bathroom/shower, in the lower level, TV, mini-fridge- but rent is $900 more (INCLUDING utils & furnishing) for the extra room/bathroom. No smoking allowed on the property. 6 month lease minimum, with 7 months preferred. The lease end is flexible from May 1 to June 1, 2024. There is a 3rd smaller bedroom that is used for storage for summer rental linens and supplies. That is why it is listed as a 2 bedroom home. The house actually has 4 bedrooms total, with the separately locked, separate entry/1 bedroom/bathroom in-law space in the basement. This listing does not include that space. This is a listing for the main part of the house - 2 bedrooms and bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen, livingroom, deck, parking for 2 cars, ALL utils included, Smart TV with cable/wifi - and furnished! *Dogs should be under 40lbs to be considered and only house-trained, over 8 months/spayed/neutered and not chewers or diggers. I will consider 2, small, non-shedding dogs under 22 lbs, but not 2 bigger dogs. I am a dog lover, and I am understanding of pet owners, but my house is is important to me. My tenants are, too. I am very responsive, I need clean, careful and mature tenants.
