It is completely furnished with a queen bed in one bedroom and a twin bed in the other, both with bathrooms. The front offers a porch with ceiling fans and greenery, the back has a paved patio and finished shed that may be an office. Long term rentals only. Renter pays for all utilities and required yard care. Pets are permitted on a case by case basis and there is a pet fee. Absolutely no smoking is permitted.
