The Beach House was built with that in mind so that their limited visits here were so easy for them...they would drive into the one car garage, take a few steps to the elevator and they were on any floor to enjoy the panoramic water views and to see their yacht outside on the protected deep water yacht dock (Our 80' length X 20' beam deep water yacht slip available at additional cost, boats under 40' will also be able to be docked, which is included in monthly rental). All steps were taken to make the highest quality home possible, so I hired only the best framers, carpenters and plumbing and HVAC subcontractors! From the site work to the factory oven baked painted cement siding, I did all I could to make a truly low maintenance and heavily constructed, energy efficient home for loved ones and future tenants! Our Beach House is a like new, turn key, fully furnished rental, a once in a lifetime opportunity for a business executive retreat, a retired couple desiring the easy access via elevator to their 3rd floor master king sleigh bed with ensuite bath featuring travertine marble, a walk in shower and an enclosed toilet with water view! Even the laundry and walk in closet is on the 3rd floor for ease of access. 3' wide doors allow wheelchair guests to all levels. On the second floor we feature outside walk up stone steps and iron handrails to the main living level with a full custom kitchen with LP top of the line GE monogram 4 burner stove, flat top and oven, fridge and quiet dishwasher, walk in pantry and dining area with 4 seats and expandable dining table and a living room couch with 2 recliners and a smart TV, surround sound and gas fireplace with a huge water-view walk out deck with firepit and BBQ grill. Also, a second queen bed bedroom with access to a beautifully finished full bath and shower with body sprayers and high quality tile and marble counters. On the ground level, we feature a one car garage leading onto the basement storage area, which could be made into a very small office area. Access to the lower deck or to the 3 stop elevator are from here! Lower deck walks out to the lawn and beach, hammock and pier. 4 ceiling fans cool the lower deck guests in their lounge furniture and BBQ grill for entertaining with outdoor waterproof speakers. Our Beach House would be perfect for a single person or younger professional couple that loves the water, the beach and boats! The Beach House would also be ideal for a yacht owner that wants one of the most secure deep water docks for their prized yacht on the Severn river with the best view and a home with 3 stunning water view decks to entertain from and to enjoy!
