Garage is able to fit two cars and there is a long drive way that can fit additional vehicles. Renting as is, no furniture is included. The house includes one master bedroom and two additional bedrooms with oversized closet. Renter is responsible for all utilities including water and sewage, waste collection, and electricity. First and last months rent as well as security deposit is expected prior to moving in. Pets are determined on a case by case basis for this property. Renter is expected to perform routine maintenance on the house to keep in working order; including but not limited too cleaning, lawn service, and air conditioning maintenance. Applicants are expected to pay any fees associated with a required background check. Property is available for both a long term 12 month lease as well as a short term 6 month lease for $2500 per month.
