Temperatures in the area are rarely above a comfortable level and we offer portable fans as well as ceiling fans in every room. The neighborhood tends to be safe and we offer additional precautionary safety measures including a ring doorbell, alarm system that alerts you if a door is open, camera and motion detection lighting. The security system is not an activated unit but we can provide activation upon request for a small additional monthly fee. Utilities included up to $200 and tenant pays any excess if incurred.
